We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and promoting our insurance products and services through outbound calls. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers using provided lead lists
- Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow provided scripts while being able to have a natural conversation
- Maintain accurate notes and track call activity and appointment results
- Consistently meet expectations for outbound call volume and appointments scheduled
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Compensation $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
